Over time you've probably accumulated lots of phone numbers you thought would come in handy one day. These are either saved to the device's memory or directly on the SIM card, though it's often unclear exactly where, meaning when you change or reset your phone, you might lose all of them. But now, with Comodo Backup, you can avoid that hassle with two simple clicks.
This tool lets you back up all your contacts and text messages in a convenient and simple way. First, Comodo Backup performs a full scan to locate all the numbers and SMS stored on your device. Once the process is complete, you'll see the total number of contacts and messages and an extra tab to restore the last backup you've done.
If this is your first backup, Comodo Backup will take slightly longer to complete its scan, though that depends on the amount of information you have stored on your device. When you finish backing it up, you don't have to do anything else: the backup is automatically stored in your device's memory.
Note that this tool can only restore information if you have it installed when you lose the information. You can't do anything with the backup file unless you open it with Comodo Backup installed. To do this, just click on the 'restore' button and all your contacts will automatically reappear.
